It is with great pleasure that Neapolis University Pafos, in the context of the cooperation agreement with Fourlis Group, proceeds with Intersport for the implementation of the e-Commerce Excellence Cyprus competition.
E-Commerce Excellence Cyprus aims to upgrade the company’s e-commerce strategy in the Cypriot market, by highlighting and rewarding excellence, utilizing the skills, knowledge and innovative ideas of Neapolis University Pafos’ students from the Department of Economics and Business.
On November 17th, the Department’s students had their first online collaboration and acquaintance with Intersport executives. Ms. Maria Kolokytha, HR Manager, Natasa Fotinakopoulou, Human Resources Supervisor and Mr. George Leventakis, Regional E-commerce Operations Manager, all participated in the ECommerce class of the Department of Economics and Business, with Mr. Georgios Deirmentzoglou Lecturer in Digital Business, who has also undertaken the academic supervision of the competition.
Through e-Commerce Excellence Cyprus, Neapolis University Pafos, despite difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, is in continuous consultation, cooperation and interaction with its business partners and participates in innovative actions. Such initiatives empower the connection between the academic community and the business world, upgrade the country’s digital presence and contribute to the social cohesion and development of human resources in the Republic of Cyprus.
